J.C. is a proud graduate of Western Michigan University, providing 22 years of experience in property management.
Directly responsible for the bid process and selection of numerous contractor services, J.C. attends Board meetings and presents management reports with operational proposals and monthly financial status review.
J.C. reviews repair or replacement projects and service requests, along with oversight functions for several Associations. He has a wife and daughter and makes his residence in Novi at the Summerlin of Novi site condominium development.
David Palmer

David serves as a Property Manager and also oversees the MGMC work order system. Licensed as a builder in the State of Michigan, David’s expertise benefits our clients on a daily basis.
David provides on-site maintenance inspections to ensure that contractor work is performed in a timely and professional manner.
David is a graduate of Oakland University, and currently resides with his wife and daughters in Clarkston at the Oakhurst development.

Robert brings 22 years of condominium management experience to Metro Group and holds a Real Estate Broker’s license with the State of Michigan.
He is directly responsible for overseeing communities and serving as a liaison to Board members and Co-owners. Robert keeps things running smoothly by attending Board meetings, problem-solving, and operating Associations within their respective budget constraints.
Robert is married with 3 children and lives in West Bloomfield. In his spare time, he likes to travel with his family.

Keegan brings 16 years of Community Association management to Metro Group, with experience overseeing large and small condominiums, high-rise units, multi-unit buildings, and homeowner associations.
He has a wife and 2 kids, and enjoys coaching
youth baseball and basketball teams, and camping.
Keegan enjoys the challenges of property management and working with Association Boards to realize the goals and aspirations of each community he represents.

Debbie has been in property management as both an Administrative Manager and Property Manager for the last 15 years.
Debbie is experienced in all matters relating to real estate. She has extensive knowledge of disaster response and restoration, having responded to numerous ‘disaster level’ events at various Associations. She prides herself on being a comfort to residents dealing with very difficult situations.
At home, Debbie is the proud mom to several ‘fur babies’ of the Yorkie variety.

Pete holds a BBA degree from Walsh College and is certified in mold remediation.
He is an avid outdoorsman, passionate about skiing, fishing, golfing, boating, mountain biking, hiking, hunting, and motocross. His extensive experience and diverse interests reflect his commitment to both his professional and personal pursuits.

With more than two decades of experience spanning Michigan’s private and public sectors, Shawn is a business-savvy professional known for her strategic approach and positive leadership. Prior to joining Metro Group, she honed her expertise in governmental affairs at a major automotive company and provided key support to the Board of Commissioners at one of the state’s leading park systems.
Shawn’s background is rooted in effective communication, a principle she champions in all her work, supported by a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University. A native Michigander, she tackles every challenge with enthusiasm and dedication.
Shawn is married with two children and a bevy of animals, including horses. When not at work, she enjoys spending her free time camping, riding her horse, gardening and watching football and hockey. This energetic approach extends to her professional life, where she tackles challenges with enthusiasm and a positive outlook.

Troy comes to us with a background in construction, an Associate degree in Architectural Technology, and the deep, silky-smooth voice of a radio personality (so we’ve been told).
Before coming to Metro Group in 2020, Troy was working in the landscape industry, and brings with him a wealth of relevant knowledge to the Association Management sector. We look forward to integrating his knowledge and experience more fully into our team.
Troy lives in Warren, along with his wife Michelle, and their five children. When not at the office, he and Michelle are kept busy as event coordinators/chauffeurs for their active family.

Renae Bragg has served with Metro Group Management for over 20 years.
She started her career with MGMC as an Administrative Manager, where she served as the backbone of the company’s customer service success for years.
Renae graduated with honors from Baker College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has many years prior administrative work experience. She handles her managerial duties with a great degree of professionalism and serves our clients with concern and pride. She works with contractors to ensure they are meeting their schedules, and ensures our clients are happy with the service.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and vacationing. “The beach is my happy place.”

Julie joined the MGMC Team in March of 2014, bringing a considerable amount of administrative and managerial experience to the largest single property that Metro Group manages.
During her 10 years as a manager of a busy dispatch department in the aviation industry, she honed her managerial and administrative skill set to include excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Julie also takes pride in her communication and customer service abilities, believing that this service is a necessity in any well-managed business.
During her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family. She has four children; all of which are active in various sporting activities, keeping her busy in her spare time.

With more than 2 decades of experience in Association management, Roberta started her career in accounting, and from there moved to Customer Service where she was able to build a rapport with residents and earned the title “The one who gets things done.”
She is pleased with the opportunity now to make Metro Group Management her home as Property Manager and Quality Control Coordinator.
Animals are close to her heart: her 11-year-old Basset Hound (Peanut), 17-year-old cat, (Tasha), and new kitten (Journee). She’s adventurous and looks forward to traveling. But when at home, she likes to take on projects in and around the house: working in the garden, cooking/baking, crafting, and keeping organized.
